Meet Ericka: Civil Engineer

Careers

Company: OHM, Hancock Office

Job Title: Engineer in Training

Job responsibilities:  Ericka primarily works as a municipal engineer.   Her work includes providing communities around the region engineering services such as: neighborhood road design, utility design, site plan reviews, sidewalk design, park design, grant applications. Through the Hancock office, she also helps with site design...so she designs the site around buildings that the Architects design (utility connections, site grading, zoning coordination, landscaping etc)

Something cool: Ericka loves that she has had the opportunity to stay around the local area and enjoy all the wonderful people and activities the Copper Country has to offer.  She got married this past summer (2017) and her “try something new” for the year was raising chickens!
